Job Description

Oh My Gelato! is looking for a Sales Person for its Hazmieh Main Branch. Key Responsibilities include taking care of customers by warmly welcoming guests, explaining the brand story and products, and providing personalized recommendations based on individual tastes and preferences. You will actively upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. The role involves handling cash transactions and working on the POS system accurately, performing opening and closing tasks, and ensuring the space is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. You will also manage the receiving of products, proper handling of waste, and correct product presentation. Regular reporting to the manager and daily inventory tracking are required.

Responsibilities

  • Take care of customers by warmly welcoming guests, explaining the brand story and products, and providing personalized recommendations based on individual tastes and preferences.
  • Actively upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Handle cash transactions and work on the POS system accurately
  • Perform opening and closing tasks in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Take care of the receiving of products, proper handling of waste, and correct product presentation in line with brand standards.
  • Report to the manager as instructed, including sharing updates, issues, or customer feedback.
  • Fill out the inventory sheet on a daily basis and report any discrepancies.
