Job Description

The Technical coordinator is responsible for as the main interface between internal functions and client financial & technical teams across KSA oil & gas and petrochemical sites, primarily Aramco and SABIC. The role is focused on expediting and securing pending payments and supporting the execution of service projects.

Responsibilities

  • Track, follow up, and expedite pending payments from clients
  • Understand Client’s payments processes and standard work
  • Liaise with Customer Service, Projects & Service teams for invoicing
  • Build relationships with client finance and procurement departments
  • Organize meetings and follow-ups with client representatives
  • Support Services project execution coordination
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with client safety standards
  • Travel to Aramco and SABIC sites 3–4 days per week

Qualifications

  • Diploma’s holder in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical preferred)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical or sales support role
  • Saudi National
  • English proficiency
  • Experience in payment follow-up and expediting
  • Familiarity with Aramco and SABIC site operations and stakeholders
  • Valid driver's license
