Technical Coordinator – Services & Client Interface
Job Description
The Technical coordinator is responsible for as the main interface between internal functions and client financial & technical teams across KSA oil & gas and petrochemical sites, primarily Aramco and SABIC. The role is focused on expediting and securing pending payments and supporting the execution of service projects.
Responsibilities
- Track, follow up, and expedite pending payments from clients
- Understand Client’s payments processes and standard work
- Liaise with Customer Service, Projects & Service teams for invoicing
- Build relationships with client finance and procurement departments
- Organize meetings and follow-ups with client representatives
- Support Services project execution coordination
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during commissioning
- Ensure compliance with client safety standards
- Travel to Aramco and SABIC sites 3–4 days per week
Qualifications
- Diploma’s holder in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical preferred)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a technical or sales support role
- Saudi National
- English proficiency
- Experience in payment follow-up and expediting
- Familiarity with Aramco and SABIC site operations and stakeholders
- Valid driver's license
