Job Description
A major upscale residential development designed as a fully integrated community that blends luxury living, green landscapes, and modern urban amenities.
Responsibilities
- Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and preparation of procurement reports
- Applies value management techniques and contributes to estimating and cost planning
- Participates in all procurement stages: prequalification, enquiries, analysis, and selection
- Assists in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, and valuations
- Works with Cost Consultants to deliver cost control and financial reporting
- Identifies and tracks costs related to design changes and construction activities
- Assists in issuing certificates of practical completion and supporting final account agreements
Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent)
