HVAC Technician - Facilities Management- Qatar Energy (Permanent)
Job Description
We are currently looking for 3 experienced HVAC Technicians for a permanent project with one of our prestigious clients in Qatar. Candidates are welcome to apply from within Qatar as well as overseas. Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance work including cleaning coils and filters
- Grease bearings and check oil, refrigerant, and system levels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues (compressors, motors, bearings)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues (wiring, capacitors, controls)
- Repair or replace faulty components such as motors and compressors
- Handle HVAC systems including Central Split ACs, Split ACs, and Window AC units
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance and service reports
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Experience as an HVAC Technician in Facilities Management
- Transferable visa for local candidates
- Relevant highest educational certificate
