Job Description

Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, sales performance, effectively manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance placing the patient into the center of any efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets.
  • Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluations.
  • Handle objections and gain logical calls to action to close sales calls.
  • Proactively serve customer needs to build trusted relationships.
  • Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage and frequency.
  • Share market intelligence with in-field team and sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Product Specialist in Kuwait market
  • Oncology / Hematology Infield Sales Experience is Mandatory
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
