Technical Account Manager - RHEL (Linux) Platform (Remote, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description
In this role, you will provide personalized, attentive support and mentorship to a small set of enterprise customers. Your goal will be to build high-value relationships as you understand their IT infrastructures, internal processes, and business needs. You will ensure customers have access to solutions that enable their technical environments to run efficiently, working closely with Support Delivery, Engineering, and Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
- Deliver portfolio updates and assist with upgrades
- Conduct technical investigations of customer issues
- Manage customer cases and handle escalations
- Engage with engineering teams to develop solutions
- Analyze and present periodic operational performance reviews
- Deliver training and presentations to customer associates
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience in support, development, engineering, or QA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of core IT technologies including DNS, DHCP, storage, networking, Linux kernel, SELinux, and virtualization
- Understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Willingness to obtain certifications like RHCE/OCP/Ansible
