Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager (crochet, knitting brand) to take full ownership of our Hooks & Needles subscription product and make it better every month. This isn't a corporate strategy role - it's practical, fast-moving, and focused on real outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly product experience from start to finish
- Review existing patterns and decide which to keep or replace
- Research and select new patterns
- Manage supplier relationships: sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating shipments
- Set up ways to collect customer feedback and spot trends
