Job Description
Managing VIP client strategy and nurturing relationships at Christian Dior boutiques in Istanbul (İstinyepark/Zorlu).
Responsibilities
- Manage VIP clients maximizing their potential
- Increase client loyalty with focus on local clientele
- Manage strategic planning of VIP events
- Monitor results and profitability of CRM actions
- Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys
Qualifications
- Turkish and English proficiency
- Previous experience within luxury fashion (min 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
