Executive Assistant, Revenue
Job Description
At Webflow, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Sales, VP, Revenue Operations and VP, Partnerships ensuring alignment on revenue goals and objectives. You'll manage calendars, meeting coordination, and special projects in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage calendars and inboxes
- Coordinate leadership meetings and sales planning sessions
- Track key deliverables and action items
- Lead cross-functional special projects and offsite planning
- Organize travel and manage T&E budgets
- Handle time-sensitive confidential information
- Leverage AI automation platforms to streamline workflows
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Experience in remote-first or distributed companies
- Experience planning large team offsites
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- AI-first mindset and comfort with emerging technologies
