Job Description
A Chef de Partie is responsible for the oversight of all culinary dishes that are prepared in their section. Must be knowledgeable about Indian specialty and general culinary functions. Must be organized and comfortable in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of dishes in Indian section
- Managing orders within the section
- Ensuring quality and variety of food
- Collaborating with Sous and Head Chefs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or any culinary degree
- Must have worked at least one year as a Chef de Partie in Hotels and Restaurants
