Job Description

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Marketing Analyst for a leading enterprise application and business AI company. We’re seeking a highly organized and driven Launch and Moments Marketing Programs Specialist to help shape CLIENT’s marketing future. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of integrated, high-priority product launches and marketing programs that drive engagement, growth, and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of global, integrated product launches
  • Deliver data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and track KPIs
  • Help develop and standardize GTM playbooks and launch frameworks
  • Coordinate cohesive, end-to-end launch experiences
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, digital, sales, and agency partners

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience (digital, integrated marketing, events, or launch programs)
  • Experience partnering closely with product marketing teams
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) (Preferred)
  • Strong analytics background, including campaign measurement and optimization (Preferred)
  • B2B or SaaS marketing experience (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Preferred)
  • Interest in experimenting with AI and automation tools (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent practical experience
