Job Description
As a Protection Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on excitation systems and SFC, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop solutions
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of field service experience with excitation systems or power generation equipment
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of excitation systems
