Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and professional Greeter to be the first point of contact for all customers visiting the branch. The role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting clients with inquiries, and guiding them to the appropriate service counters or departments.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all customers and visitors courteously
  • Identify client needs and guide them to the appropriate department
  • Manage the customer queue system and branch traffic flow
  • Provide general information on services and products
  • Assist clients in using self-service or digital banking kiosks
  • Handle VIP clients with care and confidentiality
  • Gather customer feedback and report issues to supervisor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk operations
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
