PMO-Strategy Manager
Job Description
Responsible for supporting organizational strategy execution by managing business planning activities, portfolio governance, performance tracking, and alignment of projects with strategic objectives. Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles. Translate corporate strategy into portfolio initiatives. Define and implement PMO governance models. Develop executive dashboards and reports on portfolio performance. Support budget planning and financial tracking for strategic initiatives. Act as central coordination point between business units, PMO, finance, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly business planning cycles
- Translate corporate strategy into portfolio initiatives, programs, and projects
- Manage project and program portfolio pipeline and prioritization
- Define and implement PMO governance models, standards, and processes
- Develop executive dashboards and reports on portfolio performance
- Support budget planning and financial tracking for strategic initiatives
- Lead and develop the finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP / PMI-PMO-CP certifications preferred
- 8–15 years of experience in PMO, strategy, or business planning roles
