Project Manager (Saudi)
Job Description
Managing a Residential Mega Project in Riyadh. Lead, oversee, and manage the execution of a mega-scale construction project ensuring delivery and quality compliance.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with contractor and manage progress of construction works
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members
- Submit project deliverables and ensure quality standards
- Prepare status reports for management
- Facilitate change requests affecting schedule and budget
- Perform risk management
- Monitor and track progress against plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or architecture engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a project manager
- PMP certification is a huge advantage
