Real Estate Operations Specialist
Job Description
Based in Dubai, this role provides end-to-end operational support for our real estate business. You will be the core node ensuring smooth business operations—from initial agency agreements and developer liaison to high-stakes launch day unit grabbing.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and sign agency agreements with major developers
- Collect and organize schedules for broker conventions and launch parties
- Build internal developer networks to secure project allocations
- Attend launches in person to secure units during competitive launch events
- Manage international logistics for document shipping
- Track client payment milestones and facilitate commission payouts
- Capture video/photo assets for marketing content
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Required); Chinese communication skills (Preferred)
- Must currently reside in Dubai
- Experience in Dubai real estate industry
- Basic photography and aesthetic skills
