Job Description
Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre is looking for a Room Attendant. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms as per Novotel Standards, replacing towels, and responding to guest queries. We have an excellent team with diverse background and skills.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
- Replacing towels and bathroom amenities.
- Vacuuming carpets and dusting furniture.
- Reporting technical issues and maintenance needs.
- Updating status of guest rooms.
- Restocking cleaning carts.
Qualifications
- High school or diploma certificate.
- Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment.
