WFM -Assistant Manager
Job Description
Own the engineering and technical delivery of WFM platforms and integrations supporting the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle. Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services, automations, and data pipelines that reduce cycle time, improve candidate signal quality, harden reliability/security, and provide real-time operational visibility for WFM stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive WFM tasks (validation, dedupe, interview panel assignment, approvals)
- Use LLM-assisted coding to accelerate code generation and test scaffolding
- Ensure data reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain data pipelines and dashboards
- Design and execute enhancements to improve sourcing quality using AI
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8–12 years in software engineering
- 4+ years building HR/WFM platforms or similar workflow/intake systems
