Field Sales Manager
Job Description
Ensures that sales representatives and merchandisers achieve results through effective control and training. Accountable for customer service levels and field effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales force is equipped and trained
- Work in market regularly with personnel
- Report competitive activities and recommendations
- Review sales achievements
- Identify new business opportunities
- Review sales priorities and planning
- Conduct annual and six monthly appraisals
- Authorize orders and damaged goods uplifts
Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in FMCG field
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Kuwait driving license
