Job Description
The Senior IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering high-level technical support to office users, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely assistance to users, and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective IT support to office users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with setting up new workstations
- Maintain office IT equipment and ensure systems adhere to security protocols
- Managing onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets
- Document troubleshooting procedures and system configurations
- Coordinate with external vendors
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and account administration
- Expertise in hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience managing user accounts within Active Directory or Azure AD
