- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Sourced candidates via job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Improve Candidate Experience and leverage ATS data
- Manage employer brand marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Jordan
- IT Recruitment experience (hiring developers, marketers)
