Job Description
Carry out preventive maintenance for air conditioning and ventilation systems. Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical issues. Ensure luxury and lifestyle brand standards are met at our 283-room hotel in Doha.
Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive maintenance for AC and ventilation systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair AC, HVAC, and electrical issues
- Respond to guest and operational requests promptly
- Perform routine inspections
- Assist with installation and testing of new HVAC equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a 5* hotel
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
