Senior Property Consultant
Job Description
Viona Properties specializes in connecting clients with exceptional homes, investment opportunities, and commercial spaces across the UAE. We are hiring Senior Property Consultants with 8 - 10+ years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market. This role is strictly for experienced, high-performing agents who consistently close deals and understand the market at an expert level.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-value residential and commercial property listings
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and market evaluations
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
- Handle the full transaction lifecycle from inquiry to handover
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and key stakeholders
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and RERA regulations
- Prepare accurate documentation and marketing content
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Support and guide junior agents when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
- Strong and proven track record of closed sales and leasing transactions
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and investment trends
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- Professional appearance with strong work ethics
