Job Description
Elevate product knowledge and sales techniques of retail staff across perfume stores in KSA through in-field training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site training for retail teams on fragrance and sales
- Provide one-on-one coaching
- Develop training content in Arabic and English
- Monitor KPIs like conversion rates and mystery shop scores
- Ensure adherence to halal product guidelines
Qualifications
- 0-3 years in retail training
- Good knowledge of perfumery
