Business Development Manager - Japanese Customers
Job Description
Focus on developing new relationships and reinforcing existing ones with Japanese companies in the Philippines to increase Compressor Technique market share. This role involves intensive collaboration with local business line managers and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and maintain strong relationships with Japanese companies
- Develop sales strategy matching local opportunities in semiconductors, food & beverages, etc.
- Achieve and exceed assigned equipment sales targets
- Coordinate with Service Sales Engineers to provide complete solutions
- Maintain records in the company’s CRM database
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nihongo (Japanese language, native level)
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record in industrial sales or business development
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture
- Knowledge of CRM systems
