Field Engineering Program - Steam Mechanical
Job Description
A TFA FEP is an entry level position where you will develop in-depth technical expertise, lean thinking and leadership skills. Upon successful graduation from the program, you will be eligible for a Technical Field Advisor (TFA) position, traveling to customer sites to support installation and maintenance of power generation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate site activities
- Perform on-site installation and preventive maintenance
- Provide technical instruction regarding installation and operation
- Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports
- Maintain strong safety mindset
Qualifications
- Technical/University degree or qualifying experience
- 3+ years of experience in field services or power generation equipment maintenance
- English proficiency required
