Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system
- Ensure accurate data entry, asset tracking, and maintenance scheduling
- Generate reports and dashboards for facility operations
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors to update work orders
- Support facility management in optimizing resource allocation and service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven CAFM experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of facility management processes and systems
- Proficiency in CAFM software and MS Office tools
- Good communication skills in English
