Job Description
The Officer, Cash Management Operations focuses on crafting and evolving payment service products and strategic oversight to ensure operational efficiency within the payment processing centre.
Responsibilities
- Verify and authenticate all transactions through CPC
- Resolve internal reconciliation issues and Nostro accounts
- Meet Service Level Agreements for transaction turnaround times
- Maintain custodial responsibilities for bank keys and bulk stock
- Check cheques and payment instruments accurately
- Implement reconciliation processes to detect revenue leakage
- Liaise with corporate clients on optimal transfer methods
