Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis to join our dynamic culinary team at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, Qatar. Assist in preparing and cooking an array of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking an array of dishes following standard recipes
- Ensure proper measurement, preparation, and storage of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
- Support daily kitchen operations including mise en place
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous job experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Culinary diploma or certification is an advantage
