Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F) | Rabat (Morocco)
Job Description
Reporting to the Purchasing and Infrastructure Department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating infrastructure projects to ensure their delivery on time, within budget, and meeting specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Participate in program definition and needs analysis
- Prepare service provider consultation files
- Evaluate technical feasibility of the project
- Establish cost estimates and develop the project's provisional budget
- Conduct in-depth studies and write project specifications
- Establish work execution schedules
- Coordinate and monitor project stakeholders' actions
- Ensure budget monitoring and control for the project
- Regularly communicate on the progress through reports
Qualifications
- Bac+5 degree (Master's level) in Civil Engineering or a similar field
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Owner, in an Engineering Office, or with a construction company
- Mastered computer tools and specialized software such as CAD, CAM, MS-Project
- Knowledge of building construction techniques
