Job Description
The Operations Engineer will be responsible for on-site execution, supervision, coordination, and delivery of warehouse automation and electromechanical installation projects across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization
- Lead installation of storage systems
- Lead installation of electromechanical systems including conveyors, lifts, and AS/RS cranes
- Supervise and assign tasks to site supervisors and technicians
- Review project drawings and assess material and manpower requirements
- Coordinate with procurement teams
- Assist in developing and monitoring project schedules
- Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues
- Track milestones and prepare progress and technical reports
- Manage project handover including as-built drawings and manuals
Qualifications
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Five to ten years of experience in industrial equipment or warehouse automation projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in customer-facing, site-based environments
