Job Description

The Sales & Service Engineer will assist distributors and clients with installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment, while also driving commercial growth through negotiations and client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Assist distributors and clients with installation and maintenance.
  • Training: Deliver Technical Training (in person and online) to sales team and end users.
  • Commercial Support: Identify opportunities and lead negotiations during client visits.
  • Warranty Management: Follow up on warranty claims and post-sales support.
  • Spare Parts Coordination: Monitor local spare parts inventory.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare Technical visit reports and performance indicators.
