Job Description
The HR Medical Licensing Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the licensure, credentialing, and regulatory compliance of medical and clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end medical licensing and credentialing process
- Ensure compliance with local health authorities and medical councils
- Track license renewals, expirations, and documentation
- Verify credentials, qualifications, and certifications for onboarding
- Prepare reports for audits and inspections
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Healthcare sector
