Job Description

Responsible for managing the implementation of core HR activities including Recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations and performance management. Incumbent will assist in talent management, succession planning and define talent related needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver superior stakeholders experience as a trusted business partner
  • Support HRD to build a customer driven organization
  • Manage annual talent identification and review cycle (OMR)
  • Design strategies for attraction, assessment, and retention of talent
  • Drive tribe engagement strategy by developing high performers
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and escalations
  • Review and develop performance management processes
  • Fulfill retail recruitment as per plan

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • 3-4 years’ experience in a People Partner role
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong background experience in FMCG/Retail/Fashion & Apparel
