Senior Program Field Officer - MENA
Job Description
The Senior Program Field Officer (SPFO), MENA will lead the design, facilitation, and implementation of national clubfoot programs in the region. This highly strategic programmatic role emphasizes strengthening partnerships with local providers and hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design, planning, and implementation of national clubfoot programs
- Drive the launch of new programs in North Africa and Middle Eastern countries
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Ministries of Health, hospitals, and NGOs
- Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to partners
- Monitor regional and global public health trends
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in public health, social development, or child development
- Minimum of 6–8 years of program management experience
- Fluency in Arabic and French is required
