Job Description
Responsible for gathering business requirements and identifying operational gaps to support system design and implementation. Work closely with developers, QA team, UX/UI designers, and business owners. Ensure technical solutions meet business needs. Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Mentor junior Business Analysts. Manage communication with multiple stakeholder groups. Experience within FinTech sector including digital financial services or lending platforms.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis
- Professional experience within the FinTech sector
