Responsible for reservations across multiple properties within the cluster, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for all bookings.
Responsibilities
- Sell products and services using up-selling techniques
- Record and process reservations
- Manage no show reservations
- Liaise with Front Office or Finance for credit approvals
- Prepare reservation sales reports
