Education Senior Manager
Job Description
The Education Senior Manager supports MAI's education strategy with the development, implementation & execution of educational programs that serve creatives and promote the value of the arts. The role designs Creative Catalyst and other creative programs linked to exhibitions.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of MAI's Creative & Educational Programs
- Lead the sourcing and delivery of events, symposiums, and initiatives
- Build relationships with major institutes, scholars, and artists
- Monitor fund allocation and financial performance against budget
- Prepare timely and accurate reports for organizational requirements
- Manage the implementation of training programs specifically for creatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in art, business administration, museum education, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in the art, cultural & creative industries
- At least 3 years in a position of managerial responsibilities
- Arabic and English proficiency
