Post Closing Coordinator
Job Description
Leading title insurance agency is seeking an experienced Post-Closing Coordinator. Attention to detail, great communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will review closing documents for accuracy and handle national recordings.
Responsibilities
- Review closing documents for accuracy
- Send funding documents to lender for funding authorization
- Handle Mailouts and Land Recordings
- Review documents for recordability and calculate transfer taxes
- Complete transfer tax forms nationally
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in Post-Closing
- Strong knowledge of Title Insurance
- Background in National Recordings (Residential and Commercial)
- Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus
