Information Security Manager
Job Description
Lead the operational implementation and continuous enhancement of the organization’s information security framework. You will ensure that security policies, controls, and processes are effectively implemented, aligned with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing
- Monitor networks and systems to detect threats and incidents
- Manage security incident response processes
- Oversee security audits and compliance reviews
- Lead security awareness and training programs
- Manage performance of the information security team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
- UAE Nationals: 3–5 years experience; Expatriates: 5–7 years experience
