Guest Relation Associate - The Green Planet - Dubai Holding Entertainment
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering courteous and professional guest service, supporting day-to-day operations, and assisting across various touchpoints at The Green Planet. This includes handling animals and managing ticketing systems.
Responsibilities
- Display friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with guests
- Ensure the enforcement of TGP rules and provide crowd control
- Attends to all guest’s reasonable request and enquiries
- Ensures security of cash, ticket stubs and equipment
- Participates in conducting guest programs including Camping in the Rainforest and Birthday Parties
- Operates automated ticketing system and POS
- Handles day to day accounting and end of shift financial matters
- Participates in animal handling training and conducts handling in accordance to SOPs
- Stay up to date on all new Animal Handbook information
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High School Certificate
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry
- Relevant product and attraction knowledge
- Comfortable handling animals, including snakes
- Knowledge of Vista ticketing system is desirable but not essential
