Job Description
Identify and target new outbound business opportunities through visits, events, and cold calls. Promote HR, outsourcing, and recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify outbound business opportunities via field visits
- Conduct client meetings to propose outsourcing solutions
- Manage sales pipeline in CRM
- Prepare responses to RFP/RFQ/RFI's
- Maintain vendor registration process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or field sales
