Job Description
One of our reputable clients in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team in Al Jubail Industrial City.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer-related activities from inquiries to sales contract issuance
- Follow up on order status and coordinate with Operations & Finance
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups via calls, emails, and visits
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Handle monthly sales of zinc dross and non-prime materials
- Address customer complaints promptly
- Conduct regular market visits and submit sales reports
- Identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage customer accounts independently
- Market awareness and analytical thinking
