Service Operations Supervisor - Mindanao
Job Description
Atlas Copco is hiring a CT Service Supervisor based in Mindanao (managed via Erbil) to ensure efficient service delivery for all customer deployments. The supervisor is responsible for training, certifying, and monitoring the performance of service engineers while tracking KPIs related to safety, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with planners, service operations manager, technical support and Sales team
- Monitor service engineers’ performance in terms of behavior, technical knowledge, skill, customer centricity and compliance
- Track and monitor KPIs such as Safety, First Time Fix, Certification, Customer Satisfaction, MAM Sync, Time on site
- Ensure that all service engineers are properly equipped with tools and PPEs
- Enforce all service engineers to comply with all SOPs
- Provide technical assistance via 24-hour service hotline support
- Track and monitor all customer deployments, issues, concerns and action plans
- Ensure a 2–4-hour response time to all customers and stakeholders
- Conducts regular team meetings to address concerns, issues, and process improvements
- Implement 5S and use of proper uniform
- Participate in customer collaboration meetings
- Ensure competency availability for long term within the team
- Follow and enforce standard processes and procedures published in the Atlas Copco Management System
- Perform duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards
Qualifications
- Working experience in a similar industry leading or supervising Service Operations team
- Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance
