Job Description
We are a leading Telecom & IT company seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support business operations across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations (UAE / UK / KSA as applicable)
- Oversee visa processing, work permits, renewals, and employee documentation
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Coordinate performance management and employee relations
- Manage HR systems (HRMS) and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a Telecom or IT environment
