Assistant Manager-HR | Transmission & Distribution/Substation | UAE
Job Description
The Assistant Manager - HR will support the HR Manager in managing end-to-end human resources functions for large-scale Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Substation projects. The role focuses on manpower planning, recruitment, HR operations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and employee relations across project and corporate locations.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate manpower planning in line with project requirements
- Handle HR operations such as employee records, contracts, leave management
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
- Manage employee relations and grievance handling
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and PRO-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in T&D / Substation / EPC projects
