Senior Software Development Engineer
Job Description
MBC Group is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using the Spring Boot framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain the application’s optimal performance.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain the application’s optimal performance
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
- Participate in the planning and execution of software releases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with a strong focus on Spring Boot
