Human Resource Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to manage and support day-to-day HR operations in compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee documentation, contracts, and personnel records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and HR best practices
- Manage visa processes including employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and labor cards
- Process payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance records
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinate performance appraisals and HR reports
- Support management with HR policies, procedures, and compliance updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
