Sr. Associate, Logistics
Job Description
Boll & Branch is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Associate to join our Operations Team. You will drive the execution of logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery across all channels, managing inbound and outbound shipments and serving as a liaison with transportation partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of inbound logistics (international and domestic) to warehouses
- Oversee tracking of outbound orders across small parcel, freight, and in-home delivery
- Troubleshoot shipment exceptions with transportation partners
- Monitor daily inbound/outbound SLAs
- Maintain ERP and TMS data integrity
- Generate and analyze reports on key metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Supply Chain or Operations experience
- Advanced in Excel and technologically savvy
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
