Product Coordinator (m/w/d)
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, registration, and market launch through to maintenance and discontinuation
- Coordinate and oversee regulatory submissions, product registration, labeling, and certification processes
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to localize global products
- Monitor and interpret changes in local and EU regulatory frameworks
- Conduct product risk assessments and support quality assurance processes
- Provide product expertise, compliance guidance, and regulatory documentation
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance documentation and reports
- Execute product- and compliance-related projects assigned by the regional office.
Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or equivalent education
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management, regulatory affairs, or compliance, ideally in FMCG, health products, or direct selling industry
- Solid knowledge of Turkish regulatory frameworks and product registration processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
- High attention to detail, integrity, and problem-solving mindset
